Cara Reset Printer Canon MX397 Error Kode 1702
Sebelum mengikuti cara-cara reset printer canon MX397 error kode 1702 dibawah, silahkan teman-teman download dulu resetter atau tool untuk mereset printer canonnya dulu. karena setiap akan mereset printer canon kita akan membtuhkan tool resetternya.
Untuk tool yang terbarunya sekarang yaitu V.3400. Silahkan klik link download yang sudah saya sediakan dibawah :)
DOWNLOAD RESETTER V.3400
Jika resetter V.3400 sudah di download, silahkan teman-teman ikuti langkah-langkah dibawah ini :
- Biarkan printer dalam keadaan mati dan kabel power tetap terpasang
- Tekan dan tahan tombol Stop/Reset diikuti dengan menekan tombol Power. Jadi kedua tombol sama-sama ditekan.
- Lepaskan tombol Stop/Reset, tapi tombol Power tetap di tekan. Dalam keadaan tombol power tetap tertekan, tekan tombol Stop/Reset sebanyak 6 kali. Dan pada pencetan ke 6 lepas kedua tombol secara bersamaan.
- Printer akan berada dalam keadaan service mode dan komputer akan mendeteksi perangkat baru, abaikan saja.
- Siapkan beberapa lembar kertas pada printer
- Jalankan tool atau reseter yang sudah di download tadi
- Di menu clear ink counter pilih main black kemudian klik Set, printer akan mencetak 1 lembar halaman
- Di menu ink absorber counter pilih main colour kemudian pilih Set
- Klik Eeprom, printer akan mencetak 1 lembar halaman ( jika tidak bisa abaikan saja lngsung ke langkah selanjutnya )
- Pilih Auto kemudian klik Start print, printer akan mencetak halaman test print dan tunggu sampai semua selesai
- Matikan printer lalu hidupkan kembali dan printer anda sudah siap digunakan.
