Recovery Grub Yang Hilang Setelah Install Windows di Debian dan Ubuntu Linux.
Pernah gak mengalami masalah seperti ini, di Laptop ataupun Komputer (PC) kita instal dual OS yaitu 1. Windows XP atau windows Seven dan OS ke dua adalah Linux, baik Ubuntu maupun debian Linux. Namun terjadi masalah di windows xp kita, misal kena virus dan harus di install ulang, setelah windows kita instal ulang dan tentu nya grub loader atau bootloader linux juga hilang. Diskripsi singkat masalah windows XP adalah OS tersebut tidak mampu menngenal Grub loader Linux dan untuk windows seven sendiri, OS tersebut hanya mampu mengenal Partisi Windows saja sehingga Windows seven memiliki kelebihan mampu menggunakan dual OS Windows Seven dan Windows XP saja, namun tidak mampu mengenal Partisi dan Grub Loader Linux.
Jika yang kita install Ulang adalah Linux (Debian atau Ubuntu) maka tidak perlu melakukan pengembalian Grub Loader, karena Linux sudah memiliki dan mengenal partisi OS lain nya sehingga secara otamatis pada saat penginstalan linux sudah membentuk Grub Loader dengan sendiri nya...
Berikut saya jelaskan bagaimana mengembalikan Grub Loader atau Boot Loader pada Debian yang hilang setelah install Ulang Windows.
Dan Untuk Yang masih bingung recovery grub pada Debian setalah install windows, caranya sangat mudah. yang dibutuhkan adalah LiiveCD Linux, contoh yang saya gunakan adalah ubuntu. Langsung saja,
- Booting dari LiveCD Ubuntu. (saat di minta memilih apakah Install ubuntu atau Coba Ubuntu, maka kita pilih Coba Ubuntu/ try ubuntu).
- Masuk ke terminal ubuntu dan login sebagai root :
